You only have one chance of making a first impression and I know that it directly correlates to the price you sell for. Take the photos below as an example – it’s the same apartment but the staged one POPS! And needless to sell I sold it quickly and profitably for my sellers. I can’t tell you how many times buyers who came to see the condo asked me if they could also purchase the staging furniture; that’s how great it looked. Last year I took over a listing in Kips Bay which had sat on the market for a whole year with another broker with no offers. I staged the unit, had it professionally cleaned and painted, and sold it within 2 months!
